I have been involved in many extra-curricular activities.  I have proven my leadership and accounting abilities as 
Treasurer of Uvalde Youth Soccer Association for four years, member of Uvalde Sesquicentennial Committee and 
member of Uvalde Tourism Council.  I am also very involved in local activities and have participated in the soccer program as 
coach for the past six years.  I currently hold an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Management from 
Southwest Texas Junior College and am pursuing my Bachelors Degree from Sul Ross.  I have six years experience in 
planning events through my previous employment at Uvalde Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Uvalde Chamber of Commerce 
and Uvalde Country Club.  I was home-schooled for over nine years and possess a strong self-taught talent.
